You’ve Been Strong for Everyone Else—Now It’s Your Turn

A Devotional Journey Back to You

by Dr. Natasha Booker, LCSW

Sis, take off the cape for a moment.

You’ve held it down. For your family. Your community.

You’ve poured out love, strength, and grace—even when you were running on empty.

But what about you?

The Resilient Black Woman is a 31-day devotional created with you in mind—your healing, your faith, your quiet breakthroughs.

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about finding your way back to the woman you’ve always been beneath the weight.

For Every Black Woman Who’s Wondered:

“Is there still room for me to heal?”

Yes, Sis. There is!

It’s your turn to rest, to heal, and to return to the woman God called, not the one the world demanded.
